Software that does real work for a business: taking orders, quoting jobs, tracking projects and moving data, not just describing what the business does.
Some of it lives on the web, some runs quietly in the background. I build it on the same stack I run in production, where software fulfills real orders: typed, tested, monitored and easy to change later.

Examples
The platform behind Da Baers, an office-supply business on Amazon. Orders are matched to national distributors and sent over EDI and SFTP, and tracking flows back to Amazon without anyone touching it. Since September 2026 it's the only fulfillment path for about 700 listings. It also runs the repricer, inventory guards and the storefront.

A command center for trading strategies on Polymarket's prediction markets. Claude designs and runs the strategies, deploying Go runners that each watch one market against live Coinbase or Binance prices and price the gap with options models. A research assistant with 16 market and news tools helps brainstorm new ones. It runs in simulation.
A prototype built at The Gettys Group for buying furniture and fixtures on hotel renovations. Design teams track projects and orders, browse a catalog and compare vendor quotes side by side. In a separate portal, manufacturers answer quote requests and see where their bid ranks.

A LEGO kit design web app. You describe what you want and Brickley, the studio's AI agent, builds it live in 3D from 698 real LEGO part molds. It checks that every stud actually connects, then produces a priced parts kit, a BrickLink list and an instruction booklet. A live product with a paid plan.
